SUSPA subscribes to a total quality business system which incorporates all aspects of the company.

Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement
We are committed to these two principles and have formal quality systems in both product and process areas that support them. SUSPA's quality system is recognized internationally through registration by RVA and RAB to the ISO/TS 16949 International Automotive Quality Standard.

Quality Assurance
The SUSPA Quality Group operates independently of other areas of the company. The Director of Quality Assurance reports directly to our President. Our emphasis is on prevention, employee empowerment, and lean-thinking methodologies.

Responsibilities of the Quality Group
The quality group oversees inspection, analysis and testing, quality engineering, quality system development, internal and external quality system auditing, quality system monitoring, and maintenance.
